Upon receipt of your package, please be sure to open it immediately. If there are any damages or missing products, please report them to us within 3 business days of receipt of your order.
We will accept returns within 3 business days of your receipt of shipment (shipping charges not included).
All returns will be charged a 20% shelf restocking fee.
All returned products must be in the same condition that you received it.

When will your refund be issued?
We will notify you of your refund approval, once we’ve received and inspected your return.
Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
All order cancellations will be charged a fee of 10% as a restocking fee per order regardless of the order status.
