Axiatonal Alignment is a gentle yet powerful energy healing technique that works to reconnect your body's energy system with the cosmic grid – a universal network of energy that connects all things. This practice aims to clear blockages, balance and increase your energy, and restore your natural vitality.

Gentle Touch/Tapping: The practitioner systematically moves from the head to the feet, gently touching or tapping specific "spin" points along the meridian system.

Tracing Axiatonal Lines: The practitioner then lightly traces the axiatonal lines, which are believed to be pathways of energy flow, either on or just above the physical body.

Three Parts: The treatment often consists of three parts: clearing blocked energy, balancing the right and left sides of the body and brain, and reconnecting to the cosmic grid. The cosmic grid is a concept of a universal network of energy that is believed to be connected to all things.

Combined with other modalities: Axiatonal alignment can be combined with other healing modalities, such as Reiki, to enhance the effects of the treatment.

Two Versions: There are two versions of the treatment: a longer version that allows for more integration time and a shorter version that can be combined with other healing modalities.

• Spending Time in Nature: Connecting with nature can be grounding and restorative, further supporting the healing process. 

• Journaling: Reflect on your experiences and any insights gained during the alignment process.
