Appointment Policy

At Iam Light Energy Reiki, your time, energy, and commitment to your healing journey are genuinely valued. This policy is in place to support respectful scheduling, clear communication, and the smooth running of all client sessions and trainings.

All in-person appointments are held at:
1880 Woodgate Court, Oshawa, ON L1G 7Z2

All sessions must be paid in full prior to the start of your appointment.

Your initial session includes a brief intake and informed consent process, which may require an additional 5–10 minutes at the beginning of your appointment. Please aim to arrive on time so you receive the full benefit of your scheduled session.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining scheduled time. Sessions will still end at the originally booked time if another client is scheduled afterward.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $25 administrative fee.
• This fee covers time allocated for scheduling, preparation, and processing.
• The fee will be deducted from any refund or credit issued, or charged separately if payment has not yet been processed.

For Reiki certification trainings and workshops, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule, allowing the opportunity to offer your space to another student.

Appointments missed without notice or cancelled within the 48-hour window are non-refundable. For trainings and workshops, registration is non-refundable.

If a training or workshop is cancelled with appropriate notice (minimum 72 hours), registration may be transferred to a future course date.

In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds for trainings may be considered at our discretion. If approved, an administrative fee will be deducted as follows:

• Reiki Level 1: $75
• Reiki Level 2: $75
• Reiki Master Level: $150

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and may require supporting documentation.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In cases of medical emergencies or significant life events, exceptions may be considered at our discretion.

Phone calls are answered during business hours. If you reach voicemail, please leave your name, contact number, and reason for calling. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
