Appointment Policy

At Iam Light Energy Reiki, we value your time and commitment to your health journey. To ensure we can provide the best possible service to all our clients, we have implemented the following appointment cancellation policy.

All appointments occur at 1880 Woodgate Court, Oshawa, ON L1G 7Z2 

 All sessions must be paid for in full prior to the start of your session. 

The initial appointment includes the completion of client intake and informed consent form; a brief history, and may last an extra 5-10 minutes.

I will only answer my telephone during my posted operational hours. If you get an answering machine, please leave a message, including the date and time of the call.  I do my best to return messages within 24 hours of receipt.

If you are running late for your a session, I will wait for you to arrive, but the session will still end at the originally scheduled end time, unless there is not another client waiting.

We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client who may be waiting for an opening.

Please note that we have a strict no-refund policy for missed appointments or late cancellations. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and late cancellations prevent us from offering this time to other clients.

Reiki certification training classes cancelled with at least 72 hours' notice will be allowed to transfer to our next scheduled class. There is a strict no-refund policy for any classes or workshops.

Our cancellation policy is designed to:

• Ensure fair access to appointments for all clients
• Maintain the quality and sustainability of our services

We believe that this policy helps us create a mutually respectful relationship between our wellness center and our valued clients.
