Appointment & Training Policy

At Iam Light Energy Reiki, your time, energy, and commitment to your well-being are genuinely valued. This policy helps support respectful scheduling, clear communication, and the smooth running of all client sessions and trainings.

All in-person appointments are held at:

1880 Woodgate Court, Oshawa, ON L1G 7Z2

Appointments are confirmed once payment has been received.

Appointment requests made by phone, email, social media message, or text are considered requests until payment is received. An appointment time is not considered confirmed until payment has been completed.

All sessions must be paid in full prior to the start of your appointment.

Your initial session includes a brief intake and informed consent process, which may require an additional 5–10 minutes at the beginning of your appointment.

Please arrive on time so you can receive the full benefit of your scheduled session.

If you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate you within the remaining scheduled time.

To respect the time of the next client, sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time when another appointment follows.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

If you need to change your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. With appropriate notice, your appointment may be moved to another available date and time.

Appointments are non-refundable once booked.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice cannot be transferred to another appointment and the appointment will be considered used.

Appointments missed without notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

If you know you are unable to attend, please contact me as soon as possible. Providing notice allows the opportunity to offer your appointment time to someone else.

Reiki certification trainings and workshops require a minimum of 72 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.

With appropriate notice, your registration may be transferred to a future available training date.

Training and workshop registrations are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled training without the required notice, your registration cannot be transferred or refunded.

In exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency or significant unforeseen life event, a partial refund or transfer may be considered at my discretion.

Any approved refund will be subject to the applicable administrative fee:

• Reiki Level 1: $111
• Reiki Level 2: $155
• Transformational Reiki Practitioner Pathway: $222
• Reiki Master Level: $333

All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Supporting documentation may be requested where appropriate.

Approval of an exception is not guaranteed and is considered on a case-by-case basis.

Phone calls are answered during business hours. If you reach voicemail, please leave your name, contact number, and reason for calling.

I aim to respond to messages and emails within 24 hours during regular business hours.
