Before we begin, please gather and send:

• Written content for your “About” or “Meet the Practitioner” section (bio, mission, vision, values)
• Photos or brand elements you'd like included (logos, colors, etc.)
• Descriptions of your services or offerings
• Any policies you’d like added (e.g., privacy or booking)

WHAT'S INCLUDED

• Custom Website Design & Layout
  Personalized visual design, structure, and flow to match your branding and audience.
   
• Up to 4 Service Descriptions + 4 Pages
  Clear, well-organized content sections for your offerings (e.g., Home, About, Services, Contact).
   
• Image Integration
  Relevant visuals sourced and placed throughout your site (stock images or client-provided).
   
• Social Media Integration
  Seamless linking or embedded feeds for Google, Facebook, and/or Instagram (where applicable).
   
• Essential Policies Drafted
  Copyright notice, Terms of Use, and up to two custom policies—such as a Privacy Policy or Appointment Policy.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

• Initial Retainer: $1,000 CAD (covers 20 hours) due before any work begins

• Hourly Rate: $50.00 CAD

• Additional Hours: Invoiced every 5 hours or at project completion

PLATFORM DETAILS

I build all websites using GoDaddy, a user-friendly platform that’s ideal for wellness professionals and soul-led business owners who are new to the tech side of things.

DOMAIN AND HOSTING RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for purchasing their own GoDaddy website plan and domain name. This keeps full ownership of your website in your hands. I’ll guide you through setup, plan selection, and anything else you need.

• Ongoing Maintenance & Content Updates – $50/hr upon request

• Monthly Maintenance Plans – Available by separate agreement

• Training Session (1 Hour) – $50
  Covers updating text, adding images, and managing your blog or services. Available in person (at my home), via Zoom, or as a recorded video.
