Typical design time is 3–6 weeks, depending on the scope of the project and how quickly content and feedback are provided.

Custom Website Design & Layout  - Personalized visual design, structure, navigation and flow created around your brand, audience and offerings.

Up to 3 Core Pages - For example: Home, About, Services and/or Contact, depending on your business needs.

Up to 6 Service or Offering Descriptions - Your services will be organised and formatted clearly so potential clients can easily understand what you offer.

Website Content Support - I can edit, organise and refine the written content you provide so it works naturally within your website. Extensive original copywriting or additional content creation beyond the agreed scope is billed at the hourly rate.

Image Integration - Relevant visuals can be sourced and placed throughout your website, using client-provided or appropriate stock imagery.

Social Media & Online Integration - Links and integrations can be added for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, booking systems and other relevant online services, where applicable.

Basic SEO Setup - Page titles, descriptions, headings and other foundational elements are structured to help your website be understood by search engines.

Policy Page Setup - I can format and add your provided policies and website notices, such as privacy, appointment or cancellation policies. Clients are responsible for ensuring their policies and legal content are appropriate for their business. This service does not provide legal advice.

GoDaddy Setup & Guidance - I build websites using GoDaddy Website Builder and guide you through choosing your website plan, connecting your domain and getting your site ready to launch.

Custom Website Design Starting at $1,500 CAD

A non-refundable project retainer of $1,500 CAD is required before work begins. This retainer reserves your project time and includes up to 20 hours of design and development work.

Additional work beyond the initial 20 hours is billed at $75 CAD/hour

Additional hours are invoiced in 5-hour increments or at project completion.

The final number of hours required depends on the size and complexity of your website, the amount of content provided, revisions and any additional functionality requested.

Before we begin, please gather:

• Written content for your About or Meet the Practitioner section
• Your bio, mission, vision and/or values
• Descriptions of your services or offerings
• Photos, logos and other brand elements you'd like included
• Your preferred colours and visual style, if applicable
• Any policies you'd like added to your website
• Login/access information for relevant platforms when required

I'll guide you through anything else you need along the way.

GoDaddy Website Builder is a user-friendly platform that's well suited to small businesses and wellness professionals who want to be able to manage their own website without needing technical expertise.

Learn how to confidently manage your own website, including updating text, adding images, managing services and making basic changes.

Training is available via Zoom, in person or as a recorded session.

Available by separate agreement for clients who prefer ongoing website support.
