Private Reiki trainings begin at 10:00 AM to allow ample time for instruction, attunement, guided practice, discussion, and integration.

Do I need experience?

No. Reiki Level 1 is designed for complete beginners.

Can I use Reiki professionally after Level 1? 

Level 1 focuses primarily on self-healing and practising with family, friends, and pets. Students wishing to develop practitioner skills are encouraged to continue with Reiki Level 2.

How long is the training?

Approximately seven hours.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Upon successful completion of the training, you'll receive your Usui Reiki Level 1 (Shoden) Certificate.

What happens after training?

You'll begin a 21-day integration period using your journal and will receive a follow-up Zoom mentorship session to support your continued growth.
