A 6-Week Guided Journey of Learning, Practice, Mentorship & Integration

The Transformational Reiki Practitioner Pathway brings together Usui Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 in a six-week guided experience designed to give you time to learn, practise, integrate, and grow with Reiki.

Along the way, you'll receive traditional Reiki training, personal mentorship, dedicated integration periods, and support as you begin developing your own relationship with the practice.

From your first Reiki attunement through the development of a grounded and meaningful Reiki practice, you’ll be supported in learning not only how to practise Reiki, but how to bring Reiki into your everyday life with greater confidence, presence, and purpose.

Over six weeks, you’ll move through three training days and two 21-day integration periods, with guided mentorship between each stage to give you time to practise, reflect, ask questions, and integrate what you’re learning.

Many Reiki courses focus primarily on learning techniques, receiving attunements, and becoming certified.

While those are essential parts of your training, my approach goes further.

At Iam Light Energy Reiki, Reiki is taught as a lifelong practice of cultivating awareness, compassion, and inner balance.

Throughout your journey, you will learn traditional Reiki techniques while also developing daily practices that help Reiki become part of everyday life—not just something you use during a treatment.

This pathway honours Reiki as a practice to be lived and experienced, not simply a certificate to complete.

🌿 Living the Reiki Precepts
Reflect on the Gokai each morning and evening to cultivate gratitude, compassion, and presence.

🌿 Daily Self-Reiki
Develop a consistent self-treatment practice that nurtures your wellbeing and strengthens your connection with Reiki.

🌿 Meditation & Reflection
Practice Gasshō Meditation, breathing techniques, and contemplation with the Gyosei to cultivate a calm and centred mind.

Day 1 — Reiki Level 1 Foundation Training

Begin your Reiki journey by receiving your Reiki Level 1 attunement and developing a strong foundation in the principles and practices of Usui Reiki.

You will learn:

• Reiki foundations and principles
• Traditional breathing, energy clearing and meditation practices
• Self-Reiki techniques
• Hands-on healing methods
• Energy awareness practices
• Grounding and energetic connection
• How to begin working with Reiki for yourself and others

Followed By:

21-Day Integration Period - During this integration period, students are encouraged to establish a consistent Reiki routine including daily self-Reiki, Gokai recitation, Ken’yoku, and Joshin Kokyū Hō breathing practice. 

Integration Check-In (Google Meet) - A guided mentorship session to review the Reiki practices introduced during the previous training, reflect on your experiences, ask questions, and receive support as you integrate the teachings into your daily practice.  

Day 2 — Reiki Level 2 Practitioner Development

Deepen your Reiki connection and begin developing practitioner-level skills through the introduction of sacred Reiki symbols, advanced techniques, and expanded energetic awareness.

You will learn:

• Expanded traditional breathing, energy clearing and meditation practices
• Sacred Reiki symbols and their applications
• Distance healing techniques
• Emotional and mental healing approaches
• Practitioner session development
• Strengthening intuition and energetic sensitivity
• Supporting others through Reiki with confidence and presence

Followed By:

21-Day Integration Period - A continued period of practice, refinement, reflection, and energetic integration.

Integration Check-In (Google Meet) - A guided mentorship session to reflect on your Level 2 practices, discuss your experiences, answer questions, and support your continued growth as a Reiki practitioner. 

Day 3 — Integration & Practitioner Embodiment

The final stage of your pathway brings your learning together through guided practice, reflection, and practitioner development.

This day includes:

• Building and marketing your business
• Practitioner guidance and feedback
• Reflection on your Reiki journey
• Confidence-building for offering Reiki sessions
• Support in integrating Reiki into your personal and professional life

You will also receive your 50+ Ways to Build Your Business Workbook to support your continued growth, client preparation, and professional readiness.

From Student to Confident Practitioner

This pathway is designed to support your progression from first attunement to confident Reiki practitioner.

By the completion of the pathway, you will have:

• A foundation in Usui Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 practices
• Experience developing a consistent self-Reiki practice
• Time and support to integrate what you've learned
• Guidance as you begin developing your practitioner skills
• Resources to support you as you continue your Reiki practice

This is more than learning Reiki. It is creating space to practise, integrate, and develop a relationship with Reiki that can continue long after your training is complete.

After completing the Transformational Reiki Practitioner Pathway and integrating your practice over time, you may choose to continue your journey toward Reiki Master Certification.

Typically, students allow 6–12 months of continued practice and experience before advancing to this level.

Reiki Master training expands your energetic awareness, introduces advanced practices, and supports your ability to guide and teach others.

Eligibility for Reiki Master training is based on practice experience, integration, commitment, and readiness for deeper responsibility.

Your Reiki journey is not a single certification — it is a progressive path of learning, embodiment, growth, and mastery.

This pathway is designed for students who are ready to actively participate in their Reiki development.

Students should be prepared to:

• Commit to regular self-Reiki practice
• Complete integration periods and reflection exercises
• Participate in mentorship sessions
• Practice Reiki consistently throughout the pathway
• Approach the journey with openness, dedication, and curiosity
• Commit to completing the full pathway within the six-week programme timeframe

The Transformational Reiki Practitioner Pathway is designed to be completed as a continuous six-week journey. The three training days, two 21-day integration periods, and mentorship check-ins are intentionally structured to build upon one another.

Participants are asked to ensure they can commit to the full six-week programme before enrolling. Training dates are arranged in advance, and the pathway is not intended to be postponed or extended beyond the programme period.

Because the pathway includes structured mentorship, integration support, and limited enrolment, students should register only when they are able to commit to the full six-week journey.

The Transformational Reiki Practitioner Pathway is a structured mentorship journey designed for students who are ready to actively participate in their Reiki development through training, practice, integration, and reflection.
