This comprehensive Usui Reiki Level 2 (Okuden) training is designed for students who have completed Reiki Level 1 and are ready to deepen their practice through traditional Reiki symbols, distance Reiki, Japanese Reiki techniques, and practitioner development.

Whether you're continuing your own healing journey, wanting to support loved ones more deeply, or considering offering Reiki professionally, Level 2 provides the knowledge, practical experience, and confidence to continue developing your Reiki practice. 

More than simply learning advanced techniques, you'll continue developing Reiki as a lifelong practice that supports personal growth, energetic awareness, and heart-centred service.

You may feel ready for Level 2 if you: 

•    Have completed Usui Reiki Level 1 (Shoden).
•    Feel ready to deepen your connection with Reiki.
•    Feel curious about exploring your intuition and energetic awareness more deeply. 
•    Would like to learn traditional Reiki symbols and distance Reiki.

•    Are considering developing a professional Reiki practice.
•    Value continued mentorship, guided practice, and personal growth.

Before beginning Level 2, students must have:

• Completed Usui Reiki Level 1 (Shoden) certification with a recognized Canadian Reiki Association Teacher.
• Completed a minimum 21-day self-Reiki practice following their Level 1 attunement.

Reiki Level 2 builds upon the foundation established in Level 1. Consistent self-Reiki practice allows you to deepen your connection with Reiki, develop greater energetic awareness, and arrive prepared to explore the next stage of your Reiki journey.

 ✨ Students who have completed Reiki Level 1 with another Usui Reiki teacher are welcome. Please contact me before registering so we can discuss your previous training, Reiki lineage, and experience.

Throughout your training, you'll expand your knowledge and experience of traditional Usui Reiki, including:

• The traditional Usui Reiki symbols and their practical applications
• Distance Reiki techniques
• Emotional and mental healing practices
• Advanced Japanese Reiki techniques
• Strengthening intuitive awareness
• Expanded traditional breathing, and meditation practices
• Developing confidence through practice

• Ethics and professional considerations
• Supporting clients with compassion and presence
• Continuing your own energetic growth

Learning Reiki Level 2 is about much more than learning new symbols or receiving another attunement.

My approach combines traditional Usui Reiki teachings with practical experience, mentorship, and guided integration, giving you space to learn, practise, ask questions, and develop your relationship with Reiki. 

You'll receive individualized support throughout your Reiki journey in a calm, welcoming, and supportive learning environment.

My goal isn't simply to help you earn a Level 2 certificate—it's to help you deepen your relationship with Reiki and develop the awareness, experience, and confidence to use it with greater intention.

Do I need to have completed Reiki Level 1?

Yes. Reiki Level 2 builds upon the foundations established in Reiki Level 1.

Can I take Reiki Level 2 if I trained with another Reiki teacher?

Yes. Students who have completed Usui Reiki Level 1 with another Reiki teacher are welcome.

Will we explore Distance Reiki? 

 Yes. Distance Reiki is introduced as part of the Level 2 training. 

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Upon successful completion of the training, you'll receive your Usui Reiki Level 2 (Okuden) Certificate.

How long is the training?

Approximately seven hours.

What happens after training?

You'll continue developing your Reiki practice through regular self-Reiki, meditation, and practical experience. You'll also receive a follow-up Google Meet mentorship session to support your continued growth.

Students who wish to develop their practitioner skills further may continue into Reiki Master Teacher training.
