Thai Reflexology

Thai Hand & Foot Reflexology is a massage technique of the lower arms/legs and hands/feet that open up the Sen Lines (energy lines), through the stimulation of reflex and acupressure points with a Thai stick. This releases energy blocks and stimulates the nervous system, to specific organs, glands, and tissues to create balance in the body. 

Reflexology promotes deep relaxation by improving the connection between mind and body.  Reflexology also gently works to relieve lactic acid build up, to help speed up recovery time for those who workout or run.
