Policy and procedures

The initial appointment includes the completion of client intake and informed consent form(s); a brief history and assessment, and may last an extra 15 minutes.

I will answer my telephone 1 hour before, during and 1 hour after my posted operational hours.  

If you get an answering machine, please leave a message, including the date and time of the call.  I do my best to return messages within 2 hours of receipt.

All appointments occur at 1880 Woodgate Court, Oshawa, ON L1G 7Z2

All sessions must be paid for in full prior to the start of your session.

If you are running late for your a session, I will wait for you to arrive, but the session will still end at the originally scheduled end time, unless there is not another client waiting.

If I am late, the session lasts the full session timeframe or the treatment rate is discounted. 

All booked appointments missed or not cancelled with 72 hours notice will be charged in full. There will be NO refunds or rescheduling offered for no shows. 

If I need to cancel an appointment, I will do so within 72 hours, whenever possible.  If I cannot do so, your cancelled session will be ½ price. 

Reiki certification training classes cancelled with more than 72 hours notice will be allowed to transfer to our next scheduled class. There will be no refunds offered for any classes or workshops.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please call or direct message me at 905-261-3563 or email lightenergyreiki1@gmail.com at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. 

RETURN REQUEST TIMEFRAME

Upon receipt of your package, please be sure to open it immediately. If there are any damages or missing products, please report them to us within 48 hours of receipt of your order.  

We will accept returns within 48 hours of your receipt of shipment (shipping charges not included).

All returns will be charged a 25% shelf restocking fee.  If the return is damaged when we receive it, there will be no refund issues.

All returned products must be in the same condition that you received it. 

To start a return, please contact us at lightenergyreiki1@gmail.com  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you information on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization, will not be accepted.

ISSUED REFUND TIMEFRAME

We will notify you of your refund approval, once we’ve received and inspected your return. 

Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Please remember it can take several days to weeks for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All website order cancellations will be charged a 25% restocking fee per order regardless of the order status.
