Rooted in somatic awareness, Polyvagal-informed principles, and Hakomi-inspired mindful exploration, this work supports your body’s natural ability to shift out of stress and into a state of safety, presence, and regulation.
Each component supports your body’s natural capacity to rest, reset, and respond with clarity rather than overwhelm.
This program is grounded in holistic healing traditions, somatic principles, and nervous system science.
Breathwork and mindfulness practices have roots in ancient contemplative traditions and modern therapeutic applications, while EFT is informed by energy psychology and meridian-based tools. Somatic coaching draws from body-centered awareness practices, while Polyvagal Theory helps us understand how the nervous system responds to stress and safety.
Elements of this work are also gently inspired by Hakomi-based mindfulness approaches, which emphasize present-moment awareness, curiosity, and compassion toward your internal experience.
Together, these practices create a gentle yet powerful path toward self-regulation and inner alignment.

A structured 4-session program designed to build awareness, integration, and nervous system support over time.
Across your program, sessions may include:
EFT / Tapping
Light tapping on acupressure points to support emotional release and nervous system regulation.
Breathwork
Guided, trauma-informed breathing practices to help your system shift out of stress responses and reconnect with a sense of calm.
Yoga Nidra & Mindfulness
Deep rest and present-moment awareness practices that support integration, restoration, and nervous system reset.
Somatic Coaching & Mindful Exploration
Gentle, body-based awareness practices where you are guided to notice sensations, emotions, and patterns in real time.
This may include tracking sensations, observing internal responses, and exploring experiences with curiosity, rather than trying to fix or change them. These approaches are informed by Polyvagal Theory, supporting a greater sense of safety and regulation, and may include Hakomi-inspired mindfulness techniques, where your experience is met with compassion and without judgment.
Each session is tailored to where you are on the day — encouraging safety, choice, and a pace that feels supportive to your nervous system.
