Day 1 — Reiki Level 1 Foundation Training

Receive your Reiki attunement, learn the foundational principles of Usui Reiki, and begin developing hands-on self-healing techniques and energetic awareness.

Followed by:
• 21-Day Integration Period — guided self-practice, journaling, and energetic embodiment
• Integration Check-In (Google Meet) — mentorship, reflection, and support

Day 2 — Reiki Level 2 Practitioner Development

Deepen your connection to Reiki through sacred symbols, distance healing, emotional and mental healing techniques, and practitioner-level application designed to strengthen confidence and intuition.

Followed by:
• 21-Day Integration Period — continued practice, refinement, and energetic integration
• Integration Check-In (Google Meet) — guidance, mentorship, and support

Day 3 — Integration & Practitioner Embodiment

A final in-person gathering focused on Reiki share, guided integration, reflection, and practitioner development support to help you embody your learning with greater confidence and clarity.

You will also receive your Practitioner Development Workbook to support your continued growth and readiness to offer Reiki professionally.

From Student to Confident Practitioner

By the completion of this experience, students feel:
