Reiki Foundations Training (Level 1)

• Known as Shoden (初伝) - "First Teachings" 
• Focus: Self-healing, hands-on techniques, and energy awareness
• Format: Private or small group (in-person)
• Duration: One full day (7 hours)
• Investment: Private $426 | Group $345
• Inclusions: Level 1 attunement, certification, breathing techniques, protection and grounding techniques, and hands-on practice
   

Reiki Practitioner Training (Level 2)

• Known as  Okuden (奥伝) - "Inner/Deeper Teachings"
• Focus: Sacred symbols, distance healing, advanced energetic techniques
• Format: Private or small group (in-person)
• Duration: One full day (7 hours)
• Investment: Private $426 | Group $345
• Inclusions: Level 2 attunement, certification, advanced symbols, attunement practice.

Transformational Reiki Practitioner Pathway (Level 1 + Level 2)

• Focus: Complete immersive training with structured integration and mentorship
• Format: Private or small group (in-person)
• Duration: 3 full in-person training days (18 hours) + 6 week integration and mentorship period
• Investment: Private $744 | Group $636

Reiki Master / Teacher Level

• Known as  Shinpiden (神秘伝) - "Sacred Teachings"
• Focus: Embody the Master within, learn advanced symbols, techniques, and teaching methods
• Prerequisites: Completion of Levels 1 & 2, 21-day self-Reiki practice, minimum client sessions, symbol mastery
• Format: Group, two-day immersive
• Duration: 2 full in-person training days  (12 hours)
• Investment: $900
• Inclusions: Master attunement, certification, advanced symbols, attunement practice.
• Eligibility: Students may enroll after approximately 6–12 months of practice post-Practitioner Pathway

Format: In-person small group practitioner pathway

Location: In-person in my home in Oshawa

Duration: Your 6-weeks includes x3 in-person training days + x2 21-day integration periods

Policies: Cancellations with 72+ hours’ notice may transfer to the next scheduled session; strict no-refund policy

Certification Requirements: To ensure full integration and learning, students are required to attend all three training days to receive certification. 

This is a transformative, guided Reiki journey — spaces are intentionally limited to preserve depth and personalized attention.

Each level of your Reiki journey includes a unique attunement experience:

Level 1: Opens your personal connection to universal life force energy — a gentle, grounding, and awakening experience.
 

Level 2: Deepens your energy channels and introduces sacred symbols, expanding your capacity for distant and emotional healing.
 

Master/Teacher: Amplifies your energy, integrates your practice fully, and prepares you to confidently guide and mentor others.
 

Every attunement is a heart-centered, guided energetic experience — you’ll feel it in your body, mind, and spirit. These are not just ceremonial steps; they are transformational activations designed to help you embody Reiki fully.

While nothing is required to receive a Reiki attunement, many students find it helpful to connect with their own spiritual or self-care practices beforehand. These simple steps can support relaxation, openness, and readiness to receive the energy fully:

• Choose lighter, wholesome foods in the days leading up to class. Some students avoid meat, poultry, or fish to support clarity and balance.
   
• If it feels right, a short water or juice fast (1–3 days) can be supportive. Reintroduce gentle meals like soups, salads, or fruit the day before class. During class, plan for light, nourishing meals.
   
• Minimize caffeine, alcohol, and sweets (including chocolate) in the days before and during training.
   
• If you smoke, consider cutting back or smoking minimally during class.
   
• Spend a few minutes each day in meditation, silence, or mindful reflection.
   
• Limit overstimulation from TV, radio, or news; instead, enjoy quiet walks, nature, or gentle exercise.
   
• Notice subtle sensations within and around you with curiosity, without judgment.
   
• Cultivate calm and openness by releasing heavy emotions such as fear, anger, or worry, creating a peaceful, sacred inner space.
   

These practices are suggestions, not requirements. Even small steps can help you feel more grounded, present, and receptive to your attunement experience.
